Reporting a Service Issue
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed. In many cases, a re-clean or correction may be offered instead of a refund. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for completed services where no issue is reported, services performed outside the agreed scope, no-shows, or access-related issues that prevent service completion.
