By accessing this website or booking services with TJM Luminex Cleaning LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

All cleaning services are provided based on availability and the scope of work agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional requests may result in additional charges.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time of service. Pets must be secured, and fragile or valuable items should be put away prior to service.

Add-On Services

Add-on services are not included unless selected and approved in advance. Pricing may vary based on condition and time required.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

Service Limitations

For safety and liability reasons, we do not provide mold remediation or removal, biohazard or bodily fluid cleanup, pest cleanup, hoarding or extreme unsanitary condition, heavy lifting over 25 lbs, or cleaning above 6 feet or beyond a standard step ladder. Services may be refused or rescheduled if unsafe conditions are present.

Liability & Damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after service completion.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
